It was wonderful to see all the finds, and the demonstrations of Roman cookery and surveying and pre-Roman flint knapping - and special thanks for the most enjoyable and informative tour and talk by one of the archaeologists. <BR/><BR/>This wonderful amphitheatre and everything it has revealed about Chester before, during and after the Roman occupation MUST be preserved and displayed as a treasure of national and even international importance. Too much Lottery and other funding is wasted on silly projects, when it could be much better spent here.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
